Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking with Bhutan Escapes Journeys. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Bhutan Escapes Journeys.

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be received prior to arrival as specified in the booking confirmation.
• Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

3. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess:

• Valid Passport
• Required Permits
• Valid Identification Documents
• Any other travel documents required by Bhutanese authorities.

4. Sustainable Development Fee (SDF)

All applicable Bhutan Government fees, permits, visas, taxes, and Sustainable Development Fees (SDF) shall be payable as per the prevailing regulations at the time of travel.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Bhutan Escapes Journeys reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions
• Road conditions
• Flight schedule changes
• Government regulations
• Safety considerations
• Unforeseen operational requirements

Any additional costs arising from such changes shall be borne by the traveler where applicable.

6. Health & Fitness

Travelers are responsible for assessing their physical fitness and suitability for the tour. Any medical conditions that may affect travel must be disclosed before booking.

7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability is strongly recommended.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bhutan Escapes Journeys acts only as an intermediary for hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides, and other service providers.

We shall not be liable for:

• Injury, illness, accident, or death.
• Loss of baggage or personal belongings.
• Flight delays or cancellations.
• Weather-related disruptions.
• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
• Force majeure events.

9. Guest Conduct

Travelers are expected to comply with Bhutanese laws, customs, and cultural practices. Bhutan Escapes Journeys reserves the right to terminate services without refund for any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, unlawful, or dangerous.

10. Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Bhutan Escapes Journeys may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes.

11. Website Content

All website content, text, images, branding, logos, itineraries, and marketing materials are the property of Bhutan Escapes Journeys and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and applicable regulations of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
